On Monday, April 12, 2021, Dealer Connect went live at our first pilot dealer, Toyota Material Handling MidSouth, after two years of effort! With just a month of the new system in operation, MidSouth has already seen an increase in functionality across departments leading to process improvement and quicker decision making. Kyle Thompson, Director of Operations at TMH MidSouth said, “It’s allowed us to become more proactive with communication to our customers. Our technicians now have the ability to view parts request statuses and update their customers in real time.
