E-Commerce Training Opportunities The TMH Digital Commerce team will be conducting two trainings in June as a refresher on e-commerce processes for new associates that are just starting with our e-commerce program. MyToyota Store Order Processing – June 11 at 1pm ET The TMH Digital Commerce team will walk through the parts orders process and go over best practices on June 11 at 1pm ET. Parts Managers and parts staff would benefit from this training. MyToyota Store Customer Overview Training – June 18 at 1pm ET The TMH Digital Commerce team will provide a demo of the MyToyota Store from the Customer view on June 18 at 1pm ET. We will show you how customers find parts and place orders, how they manage their account, and display the new MyFleet functionality.
