eCommerce Training Opportunities

ECommerce Training Opportunities The TMH Digital Commerce team will be conducting the following training over the next couple of months and scheduling equipment and parts training regularly. We are also planning a new training in September to go over the accounting processes related to eCommerce orders as we have received many requests from dealers for more information on how to manage the financial processes for these orders.   Please be sure to register for these trainings under the Application Support Training on the portal to attend, and be sure to add the training to your calendar with the MS Teams link to join. MyToyota Store Equipment Training – July 23 at 1pm ET   This training will walk through a short site demo highlighting functionality relevant to the equipment side of the site. The training will also review the equipment order processing and go over best practices. Those who would benefit would be eCommerce fulfillment/manager roles and any sales staff involved with the eCommerce equipment order processing. MyToyota Store Parts Training – August 27 at 1pm ET   This training will walk through a short site demo highlighting functionality relevant to the parts side of the site. The training will also review the parts order processing and go over best practices. Those that would benefit would be Parts Managers and parts staff that is involved with the order processing. MyToyota Store Accounting Training – (Coming Soon)   This training will review the financial side of eCommerce for both parts and equipment. The training will walk through all payment scenarios, WePay, and best practices.
