Toyota Material Handling’s new Operating Cost Calculator is now available on the Dealer Portal and in the Toyota Answer Team section of the Product Support Help Center . This exciting new feature was developed by TMH based on actual testing and customer data. It allows you to compare the cost of ownership between various forklift types, including IC and Electric. This simple-to-use tool provides comprehensive insights that help explain Toyota’s value to your customers, and it allows you to share key insights that help support the case for IC to Electric or LP to Diesel conversion. We encourage you to test and familiarize yourselves with the calculator. As you begin to plug-in data, you will immediately see the value and support it provides for conversations with your customers. The Operating Cost Calculator will be updated as new data is made available. Updates are also planned to add the ability to export PDFs to share the data with your customers and prospects efficiently. A training guide is currently in development and will be made available soon.
