Value Conversation for After the Sale



In conjunction with The Renner Group, the Value Selling Team recently kicked off the second round of the eighth Value Conversation for After the Sale Virtual Workshop with Liftow Limited. Our first round included 14 leaders within the dealership and took place earlier this year. Recognizing the value in the workshop, Liftow has now enrolled the second group of ISR’s, ASR’s, and Road Technicians. We kicked off in mid-June and will wrap up mid-July, with another workshop scheduled for October 2021. The Virtual Workshop consists of four modules, broken down into 8 sessions with 10 days between modules, allowing the participants to practice and use the tools introduced during the module.    Module 1 – Communication (2) sessions Module 2 – Teamwork (3) sessions Module 3 – Consultation (2) sessions Module 4 – Advocacy (1) session   The feedback has been positive in both the areas of content and virtual presentation style.  The consensus is the content is relevant to our business model and, with practice, will propel Toyota beyond the competition and provide a competitive advantage. “Customer First” is something we will hear more and more about in the coming years, and with effective coaching, Value Conversation for After the Sale will contribute to our success as we journey towards True North.   Value Conversation for After the Sale is now available to all Toyota Material Handling dealers as in-person instructor-led or virtual instructor-led.
