Dealer Connect   Clarifications:   We would like to share some information that was of most interest during Toyota Week  (November 1 –5, 2021).   Current State of   Dealer Connect MidSouth has been LIVE with   Dealer Connect   for 7+ months with the following functionality: Field Service mobile for techs Business Connect for back-office staff Sales, Rental, Service, Parts etc. Southwest is preparing for Go-Live with full   Dealer Connect   core functionality   Security of Dealers’ non-Toyota information while on   Dealer Connect Data will only be shared with TMH and/or other dealers as governed by the data-sharing agreement defined in the dealer agreement. There will be third-party audits of data that is shared. This will provide a safety net to ensure that no inappropriate data is shared…even accidentally. Microsoft security protocols are being implemented to protect dealer data from unwanted access via hacking or other nefarious means. We also have the   Data Governance Committee   that is comprised of Dealer staff nominated by the NDAC and select TMH staff.   TMH is committed to deploying, enhancing, and supporting   Dealer Connect   across the entire TMH dealer network.
