New on the MyToyota Store
On Monday, January 10, we launched a couple of new enhancements to the MyToyota Store, including:
Enabling STARLIFT Forks (Arrow & Cascade)
- Model-serial numbers are required for purchase on the MyToyota Store. We ask that dealers review the purchased part number and model-serial number on the order to confirm compatibility and if a new data plate is required.
- We have added enhanced search capabilities specifically for forks to help ensure customers can find the replacement forks they need for their model-serial
- Modifications to the customer account login and registration process to utilize SSO (Single Sign-On) for customers. This will allow customers to maintain a single login for all future customer-facing applications.

2021 ORDER FULFILLMENT PERFORMANCE REVIEWS
The Digital Commerce Team will be scheduling meetings with each dealership to review their 2021 Order Fulfillment Performance. Parts managers and parts staff involved in processing eCommerce orders should attend. For more information, please email eCommerce@toyotatmh.com.
LATE SHIPMENT RATE
The late shipment rate for online parts orders continues to be one of our top concerns and areas for improvement, but we are beginning to see some improvements. The chart below has the updated rate as of January 2, 2021.
