Great things are coming through the new Dealer Connect DMS. Nonetheless, we are working with industry professionals to factor in Change Management methodologies and provide meaningful support to our valued dealerships. When migrating DMS systems, we recognize the significant impacts to every dealer associate. Therefore, we are underway with mapping out guidance and start-to-finish support as dealers go through the various stages of change awareness, knowledge, and adoption.
