eCommerce Updates


MYTOYOTA STORE SUPPORT

Starting in February, the Digital Commerce Team began transitioning their support channels into Zendesk. This change will provide a more cohesive and efficient support experience from TMH to dealers and end-customers. While dealers may notice a change in email formatting and call routing, the change should not cause any disruptions to our Digital Commerce Support.


MIRAKL DASHBOARD

The statistics that have been shared by the Digital Commerce team during the Annual Ecommerce Order Fulfillment Performance reviews are available in Mirakl for Dealer Administration Roles. The stats are summarized in the “Quality Control” box on the dashboard. At this time, the Dealer Administration role is restricted to dealer management. If you do not have the Dealer Administration role and you need it, please email eCommerce@toyotatmh.com.


LATE SHIPMENT RATE

The late shipment rate for online parts orders continues to be one of our top concerns and areas for improvement. The late shipment rate for February (2022) is 38.89%, and our calendar year-end goal is ≤ 10%. Please continue to monitor and find opportunities for improving your Dealership’s late shipment rate.
