MSC DIRECT ONLINE ORDERS

As we start to get an increase in the number of MSC Direct orders that are placed online by customers, we want to provide a reminder regarding the new processes. Every person at your dealership that will be responsible for fulfilling eCommerce orders will need to complete a new registration with MSC using the newly created account numbers. This will ensure that your dealership is billed correctly, and you can drop-ship from MSC to your customer. It is important to note that the old bill-to account will remain active for offline orders, but this account cannot be used for drop-shipping to a customer location. Please review the below documents with your parts order fulfillment staff. If you have not reached out to the Digital eCommerce team to obtain your new account number or enabled your staff to register under the new account, please email eCommerce@toyotatmh.com.

LATE SHIPMENT RATE

While the late shipment rate for online parts orders continues to be one of our top concerns and areas for improvement, we will begin reporting this statistic quarterly to ensure consistency. The all-time late shipment rate is 38.66%, and the quarterly rate for FYE22-Q3 is 41.9%. The year-end calendar goal is ≤ 10%. Please continue to monitor and find opportunities for improving your dealership’s late shipment rate.
