Getting to Know Dealer Connect

Dealer Connect is a system that has been developed to connect and support all aspects of the Dealer operation, including, but not limited to, Equipment Sales, Service, Parts & Parts Sales, Rental, Project Management, and Finance. The Dealer Management System (DMS), aka Dealer Connect, is leading this development effort with three pillars of activity:

  • Product Development
  • Implementation & Dealer Relations
  • Operations Support

In this month’s newsletter, we are going to focus on Product Development:

Product Development (managed by Chad Crouch) – Chad and his team are responsible for the process of designing/enhancing the current version of the Dealer Management System.

Meet the Dealer Connect Team

Each month, we would like to introduce you to a member of the team and give you a brief bio about who they are and what they do. We will continue the theme of Product Development and focus on Dealer CRM and Business System Manager, Chad Crouch.

Chad manages the Product Development components of Dealer Connect. This includes what features are being built to prioritize those features and updates based on dealer feedback.

Chad is responsible for the product roadmap, which also includes new feature releases. He spends a lot of time in the Dynamics CRM space, working hands-on with the CRM products and maintaining that development process as well. Chad has been with the Dealer Connect team for five years. His team’s primary responsibility, vision, and mission are to deliver a product that enables our dealers to better serve their customers. This will be made possible through access to better data, better analytics, and an easier, streamlined process that reduces waste.

Chad says: “Our team’s goal is to deliver a solution to Dealers that better equips them to meet and exceed customer’s expectations.”

The TMH Dealer Connect family is growing. Please join us in welcoming our newest members to the Dealer Connect family:

  • Mario Bruno (Dealer Engagement Product Owner – Sales). Mario works on the Product Development team and is the product owner for equipment sales and rental modules.
  • Rosanne Hoag (Dealer Engagement Product Owner – Operations & Finance). Rosanne works on the Product Development team and is the product owner for operations and the finance modules.
  • Anthony Dossier (Dealer Engagement Data Migration Specialist). Anthony works on the Implementation & Dealer Relations team and is responsible for Providing Data Migration support throughout the lifecycle deployment of the Dealer Connect Solution for all Dealer engagements.
