The Dealer Connect Platform:

As the name implies, Dealer Connect is a system and a process that was developed to connect and support all aspects of dealer operations. This includes, but is not limited to equipment sales, field service, parts & parts sales, rental, project management, and finance.

What is the Dealer Connect System?
The Dealer Connect System is a combination of Microsoft Dynamic platforms that integrate, align, connect and share data in real-time across Central Connect, Sales Connect, and Tech Connect for the dealer network. The Dealer Connect System also aligns the functionality across the dealer network. Below are some of the functionalities represented in each platform:

In this month’s newsletter, we are going to focus on Implementation and Dealer Relations:
Brad Klosinski manages the Implementation & Dealer Relations team. Brad has been the manager of this team since November 2021. Before coming to Toyota, Brad served as a North American Sales Manager for a global off-highway telematics service provider. Brad’s motto is “All dealers live by 2025.”
The Implementation and Dealer Relations Team:

Project Managers Al Sayler & Sean Fox
Al and Sean’s primary responsibility is to collaborate with both TMH Product Management and Support teams. They manage the overall project oversight for the Engagement, Implementation, and Dealer Relations to ensure a smooth transition to Dealer Connect-related support and that the necessary coordination process is seamless.
Data Migration Specialists Anthony Dossier & Laura Hefferan
Anthony and Laura’s primary responsibility is to support the dealer’s data migration throughout the lifecycle of the Dealer Connect solution deployment for all dealer engagements and provide oversight of the data migration quality. Laura just started this month, which also makes her the newest member of the Dealer Connect family.
Engagement Consultant David Cochran
David’s primary responsibility is to offer coaching and mentoring to the Dealer Engagement team.
David is the Dealer Connect process expert and he often facilitates the monthly dealer overview demonstrations. David also has had a heavy influence on the overall product development strategy while also supporting dealer implementations.
