Top 10 Platinum Technicians To Be Announced: We want to thank all the Gold Technicians and Toyota Certified Trainers (TCTs) for taking the Platinum Test. DEALER EXECUTIVE LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT
First Session of the Executive Leadership Complete: There were seventeen participant that attended the first session of the Executive Leadership Summit. While here they were able to meet many of the Executives at TMH. Our top management shared insights on Building Trust, Communicating Effectively, being Customer Focused and the last day they attended the Toyota Lean Management training. We are looking forward to February when we can meet again for the second session.

TOYOTA LOGISTICS SOLUTIONS (TLS) TRAINING
Congratulations to our AugustToyota Logistics Solutions Graduates: Toyota Logistics Solutions is a 3.5-day Toyota Logistics Solutions program, participants will learn about warehouse operations, and how to provide end to end solutions in this space. Participants are introduced to warehousing terminology, the functions of warehousing, and the various products and services available to help customers improve processes and increase productivity.
