CAMPAIGN CHALLENGE WINNER
Congratulations to Nick Miele from Toyota Material Handling Solutions for supporting the progression of campaign 2019FL-005! TMH Warranty held a drawing for the Dealerships to win a $150 gift card for a team lunch on us. Each campaign claim that was submitted was entered into the drawing, and Toyota Material Handling Solutions was drawn during our Dealer Warranty Administration Training in October.
2023 PUBLISHED LABOR RATE REVISIONS
It’s time to begin the process of updating Dealer Published Labor Rates. The due date to submit your revised Labor Rate is November 15, 2022.
We must have the revised Published Labor Rates submitted to us by November 15 to allow processing of the data and to ensure an effective start date of January 1, 2023. If rates are not received by November 15, they may not be effective starting January 1, 2023.
Please also advise if you have no rate changes.
NEW WARRANTY TRAINING MATERIAL ADDED ON THE DEALER PORTAL
We have created a new “Training Resources” button in the “Warranty“ section of the Dealer Portal. This is a new resource for Dealer Warranty Administrators to quickly access “how to” materials related to common warranty administration tasks.
Steps to access the new content:
Step 1 – Log into Dealer Portal – Select “Dealer Applications”

Step 2 – Select “Warranty”

Step 3 – Find the new “Training Resources” on the left side at the bottom. There are three categories of support. They are Claims, Extended Warranty, and Labor Rates.
