This month we wanted to introduce the newest member of the Dealer Development Team and give a brief reintroduction of the entire team. The Mission Statement for Dealer Development at TMH is simple.
- Dealer Development provides transformative, world-class support and resources to the material handling industry’s leading Dealer network. We partner with our Dealers and TMH associates to collectively achieve #1 in customer loyalty, market share, and Dealer profitability.
On March 6, we welcomed Marty Bartlett to the team.
Prior to joining the Dealer Development Group, Marty spent the last 7 years in the material handling industry, leading a Dealership in the New Orleans, LA area and as a District Sales Manager for TMH in the South, Northeast, and South Atlantic Territories. In addition, Marty served with honor and distinction for 20 years in the US Marines and attained the rank of Major. Marty is also an Eagle Scout.
In his spare time, Marty enjoys traveling and is very proud of his daughter, Rebecca, who is a Junior at William and Mary University in Williamsburg, VA. He is currently focused on relocating from Nashville, TN, to the Columbus, IN, area. We are excited to have him join the Dealer Development Team!
In addition, as of January 1, Bill Byrd is now the Director of Dealer Development for TMH.
Bill Byrd is a 24+ veteran of the material handling business, having served in roles as a Sales Representative, National Sales Manager, and General Manager at a Dealership. Byrd was an Army Officer, having served in the 101st Airborne Division and 3rd Ranger Battalion. He also served in Operation Desert Shield-Desert Storm. Byrd resides in Greenwood, Indiana, with his wife, Patty, and two daughters.

- Married with 2 daughters
- Been with TMH for 6 years
- Worked in Service Parts for 3 years, and now in this role in Dealer Development for 3 years
Jeff Sutherland-Dealer Development Analyst
- Born in Indianapolis
- Married with 4 boys
- 8 years at TMH
- 2 years in Pricing, 6 years in Dealer Development
Greg Bowman-Dealer Development Manager
- Born and raised in Paragould, Arkansas (Woo Pig!)
- Father of 2 boys and 1 grand-dog
- Has been at TMH for 3+ years
- Previous Roles at TMH TPSM (Northeast) and ADM (South Atlantic)
