ProLift Toyota Material Handling Secures Order for Wabash National

Bob Pomazal, an industry veteran and Major Account Sales Consultant at ProLift Toyota Material Handling, has secured an order for 36 units of IC-powered pneumatic tire equipment from Wabash International. The order includes 35 units of 8,000-10,000 lb. capacity and one unit of 6,000 lb. This significant achievement marks a triumphant reunion between Wabash National and Toyota, facilitated by the efforts of Bob and the entire ProLift Toyota organization.

Bob’s expertise and dedication in the material handling industry make him a valuable asset to the ProLift Toyota team. Since late 2022, Bob has been diligently working to rebuild the relationship between Wabash and Toyota. His perseverance and Prolift’s commitment to providing top-notch solutions played a crucial role in securing the deal.

Wabash National, a renowned manufacturer of semi-trailers, has a history with Toyota, having utilized Toyota equipment in the past. However, due to the EPA production stoppage, Wabash National explored alternative options for its fleet. The interruption in the supply chain led them away from Toyota. Nevertheless, Bob saw this as an opportunity to reconnect and prove the unmatched quality of Toyota’s products.

Bob also received approval from TMH’s Dealer National Account team to establish Wabash National as a Lead Dealer National Account. Expressing the advantages of being an LDNA, including national account rental rates, discounted parts pricing, and labor rates, Bob convinced Wabash National that a partnership with Toyota would benefit all of their facilities in North America.

The pneumatic IC-powered forklifts offer outstanding capabilities, making them perfect for handling heavy loads in various industrial settings. These trucks are designed to endure the rigors of demanding environments and provide exceptional performance, efficiency, and safety. With Toyota’s advanced engineering and Wabash International’s vision, these trucks will undoubtedly enhance productivity and contribute to the growth of the business.

Looking forward, we anticipate that this renewed partnership will flourish, resulting in more fruitful collaborations between Wabash International, ProLift Toyota, and Toyota Material Handling. Together, these industry leaders will continue to drive innovation, provide unmatched customer service, and contribute to the growth of the material handling sector. Congratulations to Bob Pomazal and ProLift Toyota Material Handling on this impressive win!
