MyToyota Support Team Grows and Additional MyToyota Enhancements



In the past month, we have welcomed two new customer support representatives, Gabbie Thompson and Angie Hyman. When reaching out to our support team, you will begin to receive assistance from these new representatives. We are excited to grow our team to provide quicker support for you and your customers!


MyToyota Pay

We have also launched MyToyota Pay with our partners at TreviPay. MyToyota Pay is a centralized billing solution available for B2B customers through the MyToyota Store. This solution will expand our capabilities to serve our customers while reducing the processing involved in invoicing and collecting payments on behalf of your AR teams. This will also reduce the time between delivery and your dealership receiving payment for orders. We encourage you to present this option to your customers and welcome any questions on the solution. MyToyota Store

You may have also noticed a User Interface upgrade to the MyToyota Store. We’ve also started receiving payments for online credit card orders through Stripe. In August, we implemented these changes as we officially became a marketplace facilitator. Part of this change required TMH to collect and remit taxes to the appropriate tax authorities, meaning you no longer have this responsibility for most online orders (the dealer invoice payment option is not considered a marketplace sale as all payment happens outside of the marketplace platform). You will begin receiving a monthly tax report detailing taxes collected and remitted on behalf of your marketplace sales. MyToyota Credit Card

The MyToyota Credit Card offers customers payment flexibility with 0% interest if paid in full within 6 months on purchases of $199 or more made with your MyToyota Credit Card. Interest will be charged to the account from the purchase date if the promotional plan balance is not paid in full within the promotional period.As the selling dealership, you will be paid like any other credit card transaction by the credit card company (1-3 days) at lower interchange fees.

We encourage your dealership to enroll with the MyToyota Credit Card so you can accept this form of payment in person at your branches. Your customers can use their MyToyota Credit Card to pay for any products/service directly at your dealership, including but not limited to: 

  • Planned or unplanned service 
  • Down payment on new forklifts 
  • Purchases of walkies and HPTs
  • Parts

Bread Financial will be on-site at Toyota Week to assist with enrollments. All dealers who enroll before or during Toyota Week will be eligible for a gift card drawing!

Required information includes but is not limited to:

  • Dealership Federal Tax ID
  • All Merchant Identification Numbers (In-store & eCommerce)
  • Dealership address, phone, and email
  • List all contacts for the dealership, including Program Administrator, GM, and Director level positions.
  • Execute the Franchisee/Banking Agreement with your electronic signature within the enrollment link.

Your Primary Dealer Contact will receive their welcome email and marketing kit in approximately 5-7 business days once your setup is complete.
