Capacity Quote/Nameplate Department will be closed from December 25, 2023, through January 1, 2024. They will resume normal hours starting January 2, 2024.
Technical Service Department will be closed from December 25, 2023, through January 1, 2024. They will resume normal hours starting January 2, 2024.
Warranty Department will be closed from December 25, 2023, through January 1, 2024. They will resume normal hours starting January 2, 2024.
Parts Distribution Center, the Parts Procurement Team, and the Parts Customer Service Team will be closed on December 25, 26, and January 1. They will resume normal operating hours December 27- December 29 from 7: 00 am to 8:00 pm EST.
Fleet Team will be available on a reduced staff schedule from December 26-29. Dealers can contact the Fleet Team by submitting a fleet support ticket on the Portal. They will resume normal hours starting January 2, 2024.
Pricing & Sales Incentives Departmentwill be closed on December 25, 26 and January 1. They will have limited staff from 9:00 am to 11:00 am and 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm EST on December 27, 28, and 29.
Application Support Team will be answering voicemails and emails on December 26, 27, and 29 between 7:30 am and 7:00 pm EST.
Dealer Sales Administration Team will have limited staff on December 27 from 9:00 am – 11:00 am EST and on December 28 and 29 from 9:00 am – 11:00 am and 1:00 pm – 3:00 pm EST. We will be closed on December 25, 26, and January 1.
Consignment Inbox will be covered by Samuel Morris, and it will be reviewed from 8:00 am-5:00 pm from Tuesday, December 26 to Friday, December 29. Please send all consignment requests to TMHUConsignment@tmhu.toyota-industries.com.
Digital Advance Services will be available in a limited capacity during the holiday break. Responses may be slower than normal and we ask that you opt for email for your inquiries, as telephone assistance may not be available. We will be closed on Monday, December 25, and Monday, January 1. We will have limited support from December 26-29 from 8:00 am to 11:00 am and 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm EST.
Product Support Group will be closed from December 25, 2023, through January 1, 2024. They will resume normal hours starting January 2, 2024.
Custom Engineering will have limited staffing available for questions and TSDR quoting on December 27, 28, and 29 from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm. They will resume normal hours starting January 2, 2024.
