Conquest Changes – Conquest yes/no is now available for specialty accounts. This will allow the Toyota Dealer Network to identify customer locations that are considered conquest even if the account is a Dealer National Account.


Customer Summary Sheet Location Update – Customer Summary Sheets are migrating to a new location in the CRM Portal. This move allows for easier information updates, and all customer information is housed in individual folders. For the time being, information is still in the previous location until loaded into the new folders.
