Aftersales Service Evaluations and Certification (ASEC) serves as the assessment method aimed at fostering kaizen activities within a dealer’s parts and service operations. This methodology facilitates enhancements in operational efficiencies and process streamlining, thereby instilling confidence in the dealership’s customer base. The primary objective is to improve operational safety while optimizing efficiency, enabling our dealers to accomplish more with fewer resources.
