TMH Hosts 3rd Annual Toyota Lean Management Lean Champion Conference

Toyota Material Handling hosted its 3rd annual Toyota Lean Management (TLM) Lean Champion Conference from November 28-29 in Tampa, FL. The main purpose of the TLM Conference is to gather dealer lean champions to share best practices and explore real-world examples. This year’s conference, which was hosted by Southern States Toyotalift, focused largely on promoting TLM values and culture within the dealerships. Attendees also shared their internal continuous improvement activities, challenges they’ve faced, and how they’ve overcome them, as well as customer support case studies. A highlight of the annual TLM Conference is the presentation of the Lean Champion of the Year award, which is presented to a lean leader that best embodies TLM values and behaviors and drives significant continuous improvement within their dealership. We would like to formally congratulate the 2023 Lean Champion of the Year award winner – Brady Muller, from Shoppa’s Material Handling. Brady has been with Shoppa’s for five years, including nearly four years as a Process Improvement Manager before moving into his current role as Director of Continuous Improvement. Please join us in congratulating Brady on his award and thank you to all of the attendees for their excellent contributions to this year’s event.
