We are excited to announce that video content is now available in the online TIPS (Toyota Information and Product Support) application.
TIPS now includes short, topic-specific videos to assist with subjects that are difficult to describe or explain with words or pictures alone. These videos cover topics related to both service and sales.
Video Features:
- Search for videos by search phrase, model number, component, product series, or software.
- Search the video transcript to go directly to the relevant point in a video.
- Download videos to view offline.
More videos are currently being planned and created, so check back regularly!
How to Access TIPS:
TIPS can be accessed through the Dealer Portal (https://materialhandling.tmhna.com/irj/portal).
- Within the Dealer Portal, click the Toyota Links tab.
- Select TIPS.
- Once TIPS is open, select the Video tab to search for videos.
