2024/2025 MONTHLY WARRANTY TRAINING SCHEDULE
Last year, the Toyota Material Handling Warranty department began holding one-hour training sessions on Microsoft Teams. The training sessions were held specifically for Warranty Administrators and Service Managers. However, anyone interested in warranty administration is welcome to attend. The attendance at the training sessions last year was outstanding! Therefore, we have decided to continue the monthly training sessions for the next 12 months.

EQUIPMENT SHARE SPECIAL WARRANTY TERMS
Equipment Share is a strong customer of Toyota. They provide nationwide rental coverage, and as a Toyota Dealer, you might be asked to service an Equipment Share-owned truck in the near future. Therefore, please be advised that special warranty terms exist for Equipment Share-owned trucks.
The basic warranty coverage for Equipment Share is 24 months / 2,000 hours. This warranty coverage differs from our standard basic warranty coverage of 12 months / 2,000 hours. Even though the hours are the same, Equipment Share trucks have an additional 12 months of warranty timing.
