United Rentals parts are being held to 2023 price levels. The dealer fleet pricing in the dealer system and United Rentals parts fleet pricing from SmartEquip may not match.
Beginning in 2021, invoice discrepancies identified on SmartEquip purchase orders have been automatically processed by United Rentals for the SmartEquip purchase order dollar amount at the time the order was placed. Therefore, it is essential that dealers honor the pricing on the PO from SmartEquip.
