Celebrating Our ASEC Dealer Success (May 2024)

Aftersales Service Evaluations and Certification (ASEC) functions as an assessment method geared towards promoting kaizen activities within a dealer’s parts and service operations. This approach facilitates improvements in operational efficiencies and process optimization, thus fostering trust within the dealership’s customer base. The primary aim is to enhance operational safety while maximizing efficiency, enabling our dealers to achieve more with fewer resources.

Reflecting on April, TMH seized the opportunity to recognize and commend dealers who have achieved ASEC certification. It is a distinct honor and privilege to spotlight the following dealers as ASEC Certified Dealers. The dedication and diligence demonstrated by each dealer, their ASEC Champion, and every team member have been instrumental in reaching this significant milestone and in the ongoing efforts needed for sustained excellence in the future.

We extend our heartfelt congratulations to the dealers listed below, whether they are newly joining our esteemed group of ASEC Certified Dealers or have successfully recertified, demonstrating their dedication to ASEC excellence:

70380    Thompson & Johnson – Horseheads, NY.

70483    Southern States Toyotalift – Jacksonville, FL.

70553    Shoppa’s Material Handling, Ltd. – Odessa, TX.
