SEnS Sales Person/Technician Cash Promotion

Beginning January 1, 2024, Toyota Material Handling is offering an additional salesperson/technician cash promotion for Aftermarket SEnS Kits ordered and installed on SEnS-compatible Toyota Forklifts.

Qualified Sales Representatives/Technicians will receive $250 per SEnS kit ordered and installed. Orders must be placed and installed between January 1, 2024, and December 31, 2024. The salesperson/technician must be qualified (see qualifications below) to receive the salesperson cash payment and cannot be listed as “Active” under any of the following roles in Staff Master: 

  • Sales Coordinator
  • Dealer Principal
  • General Manager
  • Primary Contact
  • VP Sales/Operations
  • Operations Manager

This promotion is for aftermarket sales only. There is no limit to how many units a Sales Representative can sell. This cash promotion is not dependent on the customer’s classification. RDP (Rental Development Program) is excluded.

Submission Instructions

A work order completion must be included along with the promotion form and dealer management approval. One form should be completed and submitted by dealer management for each dealer location by the 5th of every month to Aftermarket.Promotions@toyotatmh.com.

Vendor Request Instructions:

Complete the attached W9 and follow the submission instructions below.

Please make sure the new salesperson writes down their home address and their legal name as it appears on their Social Security Card (this is important if they want their income tax filed without any

headaches), and their signature before they fax it to 812-375-7721 or email it to TMHUVendorRequest@tmhu.toyota-industries.com.

Please do not forward the completed W9 to the Sales Incentive Department. Due to confidentiality, we are not allowed to forward it.

Please note that new salespeople need to submit a W9 to TMH for any incentive payments. They will receive a card upon their first incentive payment which is processed the month following their first sale Retail Ship/Warranty Registration. Once TMH payments are posted to North Lane, it then takes North Lane 10-15 business days to issue the card.
