Aftersales Service Evaluations and Certification (ASEC) functions as an assessment method geared towards promoting kaizen activities within a dealer’s parts and service operations. This approach facilitates improvements in operational efficiencies and process optimization, thus fostering trust within the dealership’s customer base. The primary aim is to enhance operational safety while maximizing efficiency, enabling our dealers to achieve more with fewer resources.

ASEC Champion Training – July
The week of July 15, we had 13 participants from 12 different dealers participate in our ASEC Champion Training session. The session was held over 3 days and included 5S activities, plant tours, great discussions, and a final exam. We appreciate the commitment from our dealer network and were impressed with every individual and the value they brought to our session.
