Looking to improve your Service Department? Join the Tech Services monthly seminar on the second Wednesday of each month for tips on service tools, submitting tickets, and more. This seminar also provides an opportunity to interact with Technical Services and other TMH departments so we can improve together.
For September, the TMH Legal team will join us to discuss incident reporting. Tech Services cannot assist with service on a product involved in an incident until an incident report has been reviewed by TMH Legal. Come learn when and how to report incidents involving Toyota products in the field.
