Aftersales Service Evaluations and Certification (ASEC) functions as an assessment method geared towards promoting KAIZEN activities within a dealer’s parts and service operations. This approach facilitates improvements in operational efficiencies and process optimization, thus fostering trust within the dealership’s customer base. The primary aim is to enhance operational safety while maximizing efficiency, enabling our dealers to achieve more with fewer resources.

ASEC Champion Training – August
The week of August 19, we had 23 participants,13 dealer participants from 6 different dealerships, along with 10 TMH Associates, participate in our ASEC Champion Training class. The class was held over three days and included 5S activities, a main plant tour, a PDC/Autostore tour, great discussions, and a final exam. We appreciate the commitment from our dealer network and were impressed with each individual and the value they brought to the class.
