Please see a list of the most recent enhancements released for Quote Connect below. This list is not exhaustive and is intended to provide a high-level update on key system changes. Enhancements: April through June 2024
- Quoting/Ordering
- Telematics Connectivity Fee added to pricing summary
- Added loose mast quoting and ordering functionality
- Enhanced LiB quoting functionality added, including ordering automation
- Added the ability to filter quotes by dealer location in the “My Quotes” view
- Disabled CRM quoting and enhanced quote creation process to be triggered upon save
- Launched non-included options feature in CPQ
- Disallowed exchange rate changes in statuses other than “Edit”
- Removed the capability to create quotes in CPQ that are not tied to an opportunity
- Fixed CPS connection issue error when quoting stock trucks
- Fixed TSDR sync issue where the line item details were not pulling into CPQ correctly
- Made a change to allow viewing of configurations on quotes for users with view-only access
- Added hover-over descriptions to all models and options
- Quote Administration/Approvals
- Added the ability to delete rows in dealer default values section
- Added dealer default setting to allow dealerships to determine if the quote status automatically changes to “Awaiting Customer Approval” upon quote output generation
- Adjusted approvals to not be required again if a GP rule was violated, and then GP was edited to be closer to the acceptable range than the amount initially approved
- Financing/Pricing/Incentives
- Added financing auto-save/sync to CRM upon opening the “Finance” tab
- Resolved TSDR pricing issue where pricing wasn’t recalculating in certain instances
- Fixed issue with the financing term matrix showing as blank on some quotes
- Fixed issue where transportation charge did not carry over on some copied quotes
- Improved visibility of incentives window columns in pop-up
- Mods
- Added the ability to add Starlift batteries and chargers to stock trucks
- Added functionality to permanently delete saved My Mods and Dealer Mods
- Added a message for dealer mods uploads error
- Quote Documents
- Added standard MyInsights marketing language to quote outputs
- Added ability to customize TSDR line item language that generates on the quote output
- Added ability to upload non-system generated (user edited) quotes to the MyToyota Portal
- Fixed an issue where some de-rate values were not populating correctly on specific IC truck models with certain attachments
- Adjusted header design on quote output and fixed formatting issues
Enhancements: July through September 2024
- Quoting/Ordering
- Developed a variety of features and optimizations in preparation for the TMH National Account launch
- Deployed a variety of non-included option enhancements related to the pricing summary, worksheet, and configuration screen
- Launched TSDR pass-through enhancement, allowing batteries and attachments to be installed by TMH through TSDR while eliminating the engineering markup
- Added the ability for users to release to RO when the customer is a prospect by changing the hard error to a soft error
- Added Extra Care quoting functionality (pending deployment)
- Modified TMH LiB products to appear as a sub-line item in the cart to allow users to hold separate GP and view product information (pending deployment)
- Fixed an issue where some product model numbers were not displaying properly in the product catalog at the series level
- Added non-included options validation feature
- Fixed an issue where TSDRs could not be added to non-master quote revisions after being applied to the wrong revision
- Fixed an issue where non-included options weren’t able to be de-selected in configuration
- Financing/Pricing/Incentives
- Developed and released Flex Max Lease quoting functionality
- Optimized performance of financing functions to improve overall process speed
- Added the ability to set custom finance text language on quote outputs using templates
- Suppressed TSDR/incentives hard error messages when conditions were met
- Fixed an issue where the truck GP dollar amount was temporarily incorrect after adding a product to the cart and prior to making any changes to the quote
- Mods
- Optimized add/update Dealer Mods process and improved column spacing
- Improved mods descriptions on quote output
- Added the ability to add multiple My Mods to the quote at once
- Quote Documents
- Created “MyToyota” tab for document uploads and improved overall user experience
- Added enhancement to delete all existing document attachments when a quote is copied
- Simplified quote header design on the quote output document
- Updated images for some IC forklift models
- Fixed an issue where T360 Support was populating as a non-included option on THD quotes
