This training is applicable for Warranty Administrators, Warranty Managers, Service Managers, and anyone else who wants to learn more about Toyota Warranty at your dealership. The focus will be on manufacturing processes, root cause investigation, current warranty top issues and countermeasures, new products, and more.
Please note that this year’s training will not include basic warranty administration. A new, exciting online training program will be released during this event for all administrators to use within your dealerships.
