Sales Meeting Blitz

As we begin 2025, the Dealer National Account Sales team is preparing to attend the dealer kick-off meetings to ensure we provide our dealers and customers with the highest level of service. These meetings offer valuable opportunities to engage with our sales force, foster open discussions, and generate strategic insights for both teams. We look forward to meeting with all of you in 2025 to align our efforts for a prosperous year. Account Classification Update Process

To streamline operations, TMH Dealer National Accounts has implemented Zendesk ticketing. Requesting an account status or discount correction is now active in Zendesk. 

Account Status Update: When a CRM account has an incorrect designation, such as Conquest or TBD, and should be an NPP, LDNA, or LDNPP, please use the Zendesk ticketing system to submit the update request. 

Discounting: When the NPP, LDNA, LDNPP X5, or X6 discount code does not appear in the dropdown menu of the incentives section of the quote in CPQ, please use the Zendesk ticketing system to submit a request for an update.

You will receive an email notification that your ticket has been created. You will also be notified when your ticket has been resolved or if further action/information is required.
