Looking to improve your Service Department? Join the Tech Services Monthly Seminar on the second Wednesday of each month for tips on service tools, ticket submission, and more. This seminar also allows us to interact with Technical Services and other TMH departments to improve together.
For January, the TMH Legal team will review incident reporting. Tech Services cannot assist with service on a product involved in an incident until TMH Legal has reviewed the report. Come learn when and how to report incidents involving Toyota products in the field.
