MyToyota:
- Gusto Help Bot: Now available for customer support on MyToyota and the MyToyota Store.
- Add Non-Toyota Equipment: Users can now add non-Toyota equipment to MyFleet.
- Improved Validation Messages: Clearer error notifications and auto-submissions to customer support for faster resolutions.
- Order Management Permissions: Better handling of billing and shipping address permissions.
- Quote Visibility: Quotes flagged for forecasting are now visible in MyToyota.
MyToyota Store:
- Address Handling: Individual users now have better control over address settings.
- MyFleet Displaying Non-Toyota Vehicles: Non-Toyota vehicles are now visible in MyFleet.
- MyInsights Aftermarket Kits: New options for aftermarket kits are available.
- Service Requests: Streamlined process for service-related requests.
MyToyota Products- Key Improvements:
- Battery State of Charge Bug Fixed: Gas and LP vehicles now show ‘NA’ for battery charge.
- TICF Widget Available: Dashboard and MyFleet now feature TICF aggregated data.
- Search Bar & Hero Banner: Improved navigation for a better user experience.
- Displaying Backorder Dates: Backorder info is now visible in Hybris.
- ReCaptcha: Enhanced security.
- Dealer Information Icon: This is a new icon for easier reference.
