Toyota Lean Management has developed a one to two-day workshop to assist TLM-engaged Dealer Principals and leadership teams with strategic planning and implementation. Depending on the dealership’s preference, the workshop can be offered at a dealership location, at the Toyota Material Handling factory in Columbus, or an off-site location.
Hoshin Kanri is a strategic framework for producing results through structured Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) thinking. It helps dealers create structure and standards for establishing and executing strategic initiatives.
