In tracking engagement, they were able to determine which videos performed best. Beyond tracking likes, they analyzed demographics to understand their audience by looking at age, gender, and topics of interest.
On TikTok, Shoppa’s posts short-form videos at least once per week, highlighting their technicians and emphasizing the ease of operating and servicing Toyota forklifts. They ensure videos align with platform-specific styles, making fun and engaging videos.
Overall, Shoppa’s uses social media effectively to showcase its dealership’s core values, support its mission of recruiting top talent, and promote its superior products and services.
