In March, we were excited to introduce our 2025 incentive: the “Trust What’s Genuine” Dealer Parts Purchase Program—a powerful new initiative focused on enhancing service quality and deepening customer trust.

- Encourage thorough repair recommendations that exclusively use Genuine Toyota Parts.
- Empower technicians, writers, and parts associates to deliver lasting, reliable repairs.
- Helped identify and stock the top 100-selling Toyota parts to meet key maintenance demands.
- Boost repair accuracy and elevate service confidence, strengthening customer loyalty.
Plus, with the “Trust What’s Genuine” Rebate Program, dealers who meet or exceed their sales targets will be eligible for valuable rebates and quarterly incentives throughout the year.
