Quote Connect System Enhancements


Please see a list of the most recent enhancements released for Quote Connect below. This list is not exhaustive and is intended to provide a high-level update on key system changes. February 2025 through April 2025

  • Quoting/Ordering
    • Enhanced configuration summary section by separating the model and mast.
    • Added new lithium-ion batteries as truck options.
    • Made several enhancements to the TSDR add/remove/update process.
    • Removed hard errors for TSDRs once requirements are fulfilled.
    • Added operating cost calculator link under ‘i’ icon during configuration.
    • Removed requirement for “Description” field to be filled out for mods.
    • Added a ship-in checkbox that displays the recommended ship-in commission based on the calculation.
    • Deployed several enhancements to non-included options, including conflict validation.
    • Adjusted configurator layout to reduce scrolling and maximize space utilization.
    • Added energy configurator link under ‘i’ icon during configuration.
  • Quote Administration/Approvals
    • Developed Integrated Electric Pneumatic approval process.
    • Added default value to allow dealers to determine if “Show Ship-To on Doc” checkbox is checked by default on all quotes.
    • Added incentives validation on document generation.
    • Removed quoting-specific default values from CRM and removed opportunity-specific default values from CPQ.
    • Added default value setting to enable manager approval based on Warchest incentive %.
    • Re-labelled approvers, added an additional approver column to allow a secondary approver. Added a checkbox to send approvals to the backup approver instead of the primary.
    • Added setting under User Settings to allow users to set an out-of-office duration and a secondary approver to be designated while out of office.
    • Added a default setting, allowing managers to set specific users to either always or never require manager approval based on approval rules.
    • Added additional logic, allowing users to add users to locations where no users currently exist.
  • Quote Documents
    • Enhanced product descriptions for LiB products on quote output.
    • Added Toyota ESS section to worksheet.
    • Custom text management feature added, allowing users to add text to various sections prior to document generation.
    • MyMods quantity now appears on quote output documents.
    • Added the ability to add local promotions to the quote output.
    • Added the ability to input the PO number to the signature block.
    • Enabled the ability to display different product images for materials that contain multiple models.


February 2025 through April 2025

  • Quoting/Ordering
    • Added mass update functionality for Dealer Mods.
    • Added messaging that informs users if an incentive is invalid prior to moving their quote out of Edit status.
    • Integrated Electric Pneumatic battery and charger options now show as sub-line items in the cart for increased visibility.
    • Added API that allows users to send TMH Portal registration to customers.
    • Added “Ship-In Schedule” document to “Recommended Ship-In” ‘i’ icon.
    • Added the ability to see available finance programs that matched the entered monthly payment amount.
    • Added T41N – Void UL pop-up message.
    • Enabled TSDR conflicts to show in the configurator screen.
    • Hid “Market” and “Pricebook” fields in “Quote Info” section.
    • Simplified dealer default tables, removing irrelevant fields and rows.
    • Added a default value setting allowing the servicing dealer checkbox to be defaulted to always be checked or unchecked based on dealer presence.
    • Added default value setting, allowing dealers to determine if the “TSDR Separate GP” box is set to “yes” or “no” by default.
    • Added new Toyota products.
    • Optimized mods UI for ease of use and enhanced visibility/customization.

  • Quote Documents
    • Added Opportunity Number to quote file name in CPQ.
    • Added quoted quantity amount to the quote output first page and investment section when the quantity was greater than one.
    • Added “1-Click Document Generation” feature, allowing users to create a quote document with the click of one button.
    • Removed “Master” on quote output when no revision exists.
    • Added tariff terms and conditions.
