Please view this PDF for an update to Toyota Material Handling’s 2025 Factory Incentive Programs. Effective 6/17/2025, the War Chest incentive program, which provides pre-approved discretionary discounts limited by dealer gross profit percentage, has changed. This change is specific to the 8HBW23 electric pallet jack and reduces the maximum war chest discount from 7% to 5%. Price protection is available until June 30, 2025, for existing open opportunities entered with a “quoted” status (opportunity start date) in calendar year 2025.

Price Protection Guidance
Quoting activity from calendar year 2025:
- Your District Sales Manager will provide all eligible opportunity numbers for price protection.
- The price protection period applies to opportunities in “quoted” status dated 1/1/2025 through 6/16/2025 (opportunity start date). Eligible quotes will remain valid for retail order until 6/30/2025.
- Protected opportunities should be retail ordered at a maximum of 5% war chest, with an additional discount of up to 2% in the miscellaneous discount field.
- Once ordered, Sales Incentives will review and apply the additional discount to all orders from protected opportunities on July 1, 2025.
