We’re thrilled to announce Bill Jarred of Brodie Toyotalift as our 2025 Q2 THD Top Tech award recipient. Bill has consistently gone above and beyond in supporting the Toyota Heavy Duty product line, bringing a level of technical expertise and customer dedication that sets a high bar for excellence.
With a broad and impressive mechanical background—spanning material handling, transportation, and general industrial equipment—Bill has become a cornerstone of the award-winning Brodie dealership team. His contributions have been instrumental to Brodie’s ongoing success in the THD market.
Bill stands out not only for his technical skill, but also for his collaborative spirit and proactive approach. When reaching out to the Toyota Tech Service team, he’s often already performed in-depth research and preliminary troubleshooting. Most of the time, he’s calling simply to confirm findings or share helpful insights. His contributions have gone beyond the immediate customer need—he’s provided valuable data and ideas that have led directly to product improvements now in production.
Though Bill often jokes about his straightforward Northeast style, his passion for the craft and commitment to excellence truly define him. He embodies the drive, precision, and customer-first mindset that help us uphold our mission to be the world’s leading heavy duty material handling manufacturer.
