Aftersales Service Evaluations and Certification (ASEC) is a comprehensive assessment tool designed to drive continuous improvement (KAIZEN) within a dealer’s parts and service operations. By enhancing operational efficiency and optimizing processes, ASEC helps build greater customer trust while reinforcing a safety and performance culture. The ultimate goal is to empower our dealers to operate more effectively, achieving greater results with an emphasis on safety.
As we reflect on the accomplishments of CY Q2 2025, TMH proudly recognizes and celebrates the dealers who have earned ASEC certification. It is our privilege to shine a spotlight on these outstanding organizations. Their achievement is a testament to the unwavering commitment, hard work, and collaboration of each Dealer, their ASEC Champion(s), and every team member involved.
We sincerely congratulate the dealers listed below—whether newly certified or successfully recertified—for their dedication to ASEC standards and ongoing pursuit of excellence.

ASEC Champions Collaborate at New Shoppa’s Facility
Last month, we spent two impactful days with several Toyota dealers at the new Shoppa’s facility in Alliance, TX. This gathering brought together a dedicated group of high-performing ASEC Champions to collaborate on key initiatives shaping the future of ASEC.
Topics covered included ASEC Sustainment, upcoming Toyota Week ASEC themes, strategies for 5S’ing toolboxes, optimizing equipment flow, and fostering a strong safety culture. Attendees also participated in a dynamic Safety Culture Workshop and enjoyed a guided tour of the impressive new Shoppa’s facility.
We sincerely thank everyone who participated for your continued commitment to ASEC and for sharing valuable insights and ideas. Your engagement plays a vital role in our collective journey toward continuous process improvement.
A special thank you to Preston, Brady, and the entire Shoppa’s team for your warm hospitality and generosity throughout our visit.
