As you may know, Toyota Industries Commercial Finance (TICF) has been hard at work gearing up to launch our brand-new credit origination system. With the launch getting closer, we’re focused on making the transition as smooth as possible to ensure a seamless experience for both dealers and customers.
Dealer training is set to begin this month and continue through the end of September. This training is designed to equip all Dealer Portal users with the knowledge and confidence needed to hit the ground running on day one. In the coming weeks, the Dealer Portal users will receive invitations to RSVP to a series of training webinars. Please be on the lookout!
Users of the NEW DEALER PORTAL will be provided with:
- Simplified workflows
- Instant access to meaningful customer account information
- Real-time dashboard that tracks application and contract status
- Ability to submit and track service requests
- Secure document handling
- Scalable technology with enhancements released quarterly
As we enter the final stages of system development, we plan to go live with a product that meets our requirements to conduct business. After go-live, the new system will continue to evolve and grow as our business needs change.
