Toyota Lean Management has created a Lean Basics course similar to the famed forklift building exercise offered in Columbus for dealers to use internally. Instead of building and deconstructing forklifts, the new exercise is building personal care kits for homeless persons. At the end of the exercise, the care kits are donated to local non-profits to distribute to those in need.
This exercise has been piloted in the two previous Lean Champion trainings and is ready for a wide audience! If you would like more information about the exercise, please reach out to your TLM consultant or Logan Fowler at logan.fowler@toyotatmh.com.
