We are proud to announce Leonard Szymanik of Atlantic Coast Toyotalift as our 2025 Q3 THD Top Tech award winner for his outstanding contribution and commitment to providing the best customer service.
Leonard Szymanik established himself as a THD Top Tech by his exceptional troubleshooting and attention to detail, and he has played an essential part in ACT’s success in the Toyota Heavy Duty market. Leonard’s interaction with the Toyota Tech Service team, both in person and on the tech support line, is always thorough. For example, he submitted a ticket for a “No Contact” error code. In his initial contact, Leonard provided the complete code information, the voltage he measured at key off and key on, the voltage at each relay, CANBUS measurements with both a voltmeter and oscilloscope, and both with and without the connector plugged in. With all the details he provided, the Tech Services team was able to provide him with a single additional troubleshooting step to determine if the fuse/relay box was at fault or not. This led to a quick resolution and getting the customer’s truck back in service quickly. Thank you, Leonard and ACT for their outstanding support and customer service.
