The MyToyota Store and MyToyota Portal launches are now complete. These updates deliver improved functionality for both customers and dealer teams, with enhancements across eCommerce, fleet reporting, and support tools.

MyToyota Store – Highlights
- Subscription Refund Visibility: Customers can now view any subscription refunds on their Order Details page.
- Failed Payment Reminders: New dunning process alerts customers to update failed payment methods before cancellation of services.
- Canadian Availability: MyInsights® subscriptions are now available to Canadian aftermarket customers for purchase through the MyToyota Store.

Known Issues
- TICF Financing Data Availability: With the most recent TICF systems updates, finance-related elements in MyToyota will no longer show TICF lease or loan information. We are actively working with TICF to resolve this issue.
