Help Customers Access Their MyInsights® Subscriptions


Customers continue to add MyInsights® subscriptions both during equipment purchases and through the MyToyota Store. To date, we’ve seen strong sales across both channels: 

New Equipment Orders: 

  • 1,216 total subscriptions (41% of these equipment are factory shipped)  
  • 658 MyInsights® + Compliance 
  • 558 MyInsights®+ 

Aftermarket Purchases: 

  • 356 total subscriptions  
  • 147 MyInsights® + Compliance 
  • 199 MyInsights®+ 

This steady growth indicates that customers are increasingly seeking more visibility into their equipment and operations. 

Who is Set Up on MyToyota?  

While aftermarket customers are automatically registered on MyToyota, many new-equipment customers still haven’t activated their accounts. Only 39 of the 296 customers with subscription-equipped units have registered so far. 

That means most new-equipment subscription buyers cannot yet see their MyInsights ® data. 

Helping these customers activate their accounts is the key to unlocking the full value of their subscription.
