This is a follow-up clarification to our previous communication regarding the MyInsights® Desktop Badge Reader and Badges.
MyInsights® badges (#57394-UR010-71) are only required when a customer’s existing badge is not compatible with MyInsights®, or the customer does not currently use a badge system. The current target order availability for MyInsights® badges is 9/11/2026.
The MyInsights® Desktop Badge Reader (#58769-UMH1T-71) remains available to order as previously communicated. Please validate badges using this process here.
If a customer requires badges before MyInsights® badges become available, please contact the MyInsights® Implementation Team at myinsights.implementation@toyotatmh.com. We will provide guidance on interim options to support your customer implementation until MyInsights® badges are available.
