In July, we introduced a new field in the Dealer Portal to capture the Dealer Sales Representative for each application and funding package.
Effective Friday, September 25, this field became mandatory and must be completed before an application can be submitted.
REQUIRED FIELD: Dealer Sales Representative

Please ensure the salesperson’s name is entered in the Dealer Sales Representative field for all current and new applications. Providing this information will ensure accurate reporting and proper attribution of sales activity for your dealership.

Where to Enter the Information
The Dealer Sales Representative field is located in the Dealer Contact section of the application, as shown below.
Important Information Regarding Amendments / Takedown
Please note that for older credit applications, regardless of status (approved, in takedown, etc.), the Dealer Sales Representative field must now be completed before proceeding.
If the application has already been approved, an amendment is required to include the sales representative’s name. The amended application will then be auto-approved, and you may proceed as normal.
If the field is left blank, you will receive the following error in the upper right corner of the portal screen: “Please enter Dealer Sales Representative”
The “Dealer Sales Representative” field is managed by the Dealer Portal user only and cannot be edited by the credit or funding teams at RLC or TICF.
