WARRANTY ADMINISTRATION TRAINING VIDEOS ARE NOW LIVE! TMH Warranty has worked with the TMH Training Department to develop and create (5) new micro training videos. They are “micro” training videos due to their short length. We targeted each video to be 2 to 5 minutes in length. Our goal is to provide a 24/7 solution for new Dealer Warranty Administrators and those who may get stuck sometimes and need a quick reminder on how to move forward with warranty operations. Each of the videos is interactive to further support your learning. You will click along in an environment that is a mirror copy of the actual Dealer portal system. It is the same system you use for warranty operations. Not only do we instruct you how to perform the related tasks, but we also advise of potential pitfalls which could lead to errors and halt your process. How to access the warranty administration training videos Step 1 : Login to the Dealer Portal Step 2 : Click on the “Toyota Links” tab which is the fourth one over to the right from the “Home” tab. Step 3 : Scroll down on this page until you can see the full “WARRANTY” section, then click the orange button “VIEW PROGRAM.” Step 4 : Select 1 of the 5 training videos to begin. Note: If you cannot see all the programs from “Step 2,” you may need to request access to “The Learning Center” on the Dealer Portal. The steps for requesting access are: Step 1: Reach out to the TMH Staff Master Administrator and request access to The Learning Center. Email Address: staffmaster.updates@toyotatmh.com Step 2: The Staff Master Administrator will need to check a box in the system to give you access to The Learning Center. Step 3: Wait 24 hours for the changes to be implemented. After 24 hours, you should now be able to see the training offerings once you click on the “Toyota Links” on the Dealer Portal system.
