WARRANTY TEAM ORGANIZATION Please note the below (3) changes in regards to the warranty organization. Warranty Specialists have changed their alignment from Territory to OEM/Products. This will allow specialization of product knowledge, better alignment with the Technical Services team, and increased accountability among the Warranty Specialists. The product/model type will now determine which Warranty Specialist supports your warranty-related question. Please note, our Warranty Hotline has been updated to reflect this change. As a reminder, the Warranty Hotline phone number is 1-800-545-5453. We can also be reached by email at warranty.support@toyotatmh.com . Jamie Durham has left the Toyota family. Jamie was a valued Warranty Specialist for many years, and his greatest strength was building strong relationships among the dealer network. Jamie’s last day with TMH was August 31. We wish Jamie the best of luck in his new endeavors. Taylor Finley has joined the Toyota family as of June 14. Taylor is our newest Warranty Specialist. She will be our warranty lead for TMHMI (Italy) and Japan-built products sold in the North American market. Taylor will also support the improvement and growth of the TMH Extended Warranty program. We are very excited to welcome Taylor to the Toyota family. UPCOMING WARRANTY ADMINISTRATION TRAINING (Virtual) We will be offering virtual dealer warranty administration training at the end of September and October. This training will be geared specifically for warranty administrators and service managers, but the training is open to anyone who would like to learn more about managing warranty operations. The virtual training will be presented by Steve Miller using MS TEAMs. The virtual training dates and times are: 9/30/2021 at 2pm-4pm 10/29/2021 at 2pm-4pm Anyone interested in signing up for the virtual training should email warranty.support@toyotatmh.com . FUTURE TRAINING IMPROVEMENT ACTIVITIES The Warranty Team is currently working with the Training Team to develop (5) micro training videos. The videos are designed to be between 2-5 minutes in length. The training videos are in the production process now, and they are currently scheduled to be posted to the Portal in October.
